Myriah has over ten years of experience designing women’s wear including illustration, 3D design, and garment construction. She began her career designing ready-to-wear and bridal, infusing her understanding of fit and fabric manipulation into fourteen seasons of New York Fashion Week runway collections. She designed for the presidential wedding of Jenna Bush and had fashion illustrations published in Women’s Wear Daily, People Magazine, and Pantone Color Forecasting books. As an Adjunct Professor for the Academy of Art University, she logged over 2,700 hours teaching technical design including construction, draping, and flat pattern design in the MFA and BFA programs.
